Q: Do you offer local delivery

A: we do often hand deliver to locals!

 

Q: what are your shipping days?

A: we like to ship Mon, Tues, And Wed

 

Q: what is your processing time?

A: it can take up to 2-10 business days to process all orders. Holiday orders may take longer. There is a good chance this time frame will be shorter :) We thank you all for your patience as we are a small business as well as being a single parent and full time employee! <3

 

Q: do you take returns?

A: due to the nature of the products we have we do not currently accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Q: What kind of ingredients do you use in your skincare?

A: All products will have a ingredients list on them and will be in the description of each item!

Products may contain oils that are not allergy safe, the use of nut oils and flowers can trigger severe adverse reactions in people who have severe allergies. Always spot test new products in a small area before use on body.

Be aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you. Please know that we do use other ingredients/ allergens in our facility.
